What products can be customised?
We can customise a wide range of items including t-shirts, hoodies, polos, jackets, hi-vis workwear, hats, bags, drink bottles, promotional products, signage, and more. If it can be printed, embroidered, or branded, chances are we can help. Not sure if your item fits? Just ask! And if you can't find it on our website, we can probably still source it—just get in touch.
What are your minimum order quantities?
We don’t have strict minimum order quantities for any of our decoration methods. That means you can even order just one item if you need to. However, some decoration methods—like screen printing and embroidery—involve setup costs, which can make small orders less cost-effective. We’ll always help you choose the best option for your budget and quantity.
Do we purchase the garments and items through you as well?
Yes, most customers purchase everything through us. We supply a wide range of quality garments and printable products from trusted brands. Thanks to our bulk buying power, we often save you time and money.
Can I supply my own garments for printing?
Yes, you can—but we’ll need to approve the items first. Some fabrics and styles aren’t suitable for all print methods. Before supplying your own garments, please read our Customer Owned Goods Policy (linked here). We can’t guarantee results on garments we don’t supply.
Do volume discounts apply across different garment types?
If you’re ordering lots of the same item—like 20 t-shirts in different sizes—you’ll get a better price. Different styles or brands are priced separately, but if the artwork stays the same, the printing part may still qualify for bulk pricing. We’ll help you make sense of it when you get in touch.
Can I mix and match products in one order?
Absolutely. You can mix sizes, colours, and garment styles. Just note that if you're using screen printing, each variation might affect setup costs.
Can I reorder the same design later, and will I pay setup charges again?
Yes! We keep your artwork on file, so reordering is easy.
- Screen Printing: May incur a small reset fee.
- Embroidery: No reset fee; pricing depends on quantity.
- DTF Printing: No setup fees.
- Supacolour Transfers: May incur a reset fee depending on changes.
Do you offer samples before bulk production?
Yes. Samples are available for most products—speak to our team for details.
Can I get a proof before production?
Yes—we provide digital proofs for approval before production begins. Physical samples may be available on request.
Do you have eco-friendly options?
Yes! We offer sustainable apparel and eco-friendly printing methods. Let us know if this is important to you.
How can I get a price estimate?

Can you handle large orders?
Yes—we regularly produce high volumes for schools, corporates, and events. Our production team is equipped to manage big jobs efficiently.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Sometimes. If your order hasn’t entered production, we can usually make changes. Once printing or embroidery has started, it’s locked in—so always double-check before confirming.
What are setup fees, and do I pay them every time?
Setup fees cover the cost of preparing your design for printing or embroidery. These are usually one-off costs. If you reorder later, you normally won’t pay again—unless something changes.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes—if you’re on a tight deadline, let us know. Rush fees may apply depending on how urgent your order is and our production schedule.
Can I see decoration method samples?
Yes—we can show you examples of screen printing, embroidery, DTF, Supacolour and more. Visit our showroom or request photos.
Do you offer discounts for schools, charities, or corporate accounts?
We do! Let us know if you’re ordering on behalf of a school, charity, or long-term account—we offer special pricing and extra support.
What garment brands do you supply?
We supply trusted brands including AS Colour, Cloke, Biz Collection, Swanndri, Stoney Creek, Blundstone, and John Bull. Whether you're after retail-quality fashion, durable workwear, or something in between—we’ve got you covered.
How do I choose the best printing method?
We’ll help you choose based on garment, artwork, quantity, and budget. Screen printing suits bulk, embroidery gives a premium finish, DTF works well for small runs, and Supacolour is great for full-colour designs.
Do you offer pre-production mock-ups?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof. Physical samples are sometimes available (fees may apply). Or try our Online Design Tool to visualise your design.
Can I mix different decoration methods in one order?
Absolutely. We often combine methods—like embroidery on the front and screen print on the back.
What if I don’t know what size to order?
We have size charts and offer sample garments to try on—usually free of charge.
Do you offer branding and uniform consultations?

Are there any hidden fees?
